Dareth has been with Barlow Capital Advisors since 2014 as a Client Service Associate. Previously, she worked for several businesses in the area in customer service with experience in small business operations and event planning. Prior to taking a 20-year break in 1989 to stay home with her children, she also worked as an underwriter and accounts coordinator for an insurance company.

Dareth is originally from Carrollton. She and her husband, Roland have deep roots in the Flower Mound area. They moved here in 1992 to raise their 3 children. They were involved in scouting, PTA and other school organizations. They are also very involved in their church community and several other local organizations.

As the kids are now grown and gone, Dareth and Roland spend all their free time at a small 70-acre ranch in East Texas raising cows. They are eventually planning on retiring to what she loves to call her little slice of heaven.
